Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for property management and lease administration. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing leases, handling commercial real estate transactions, and providing strategic real estate advice. The role requires hands-on management of properties and effective coordination with clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Proficiency in handling Leases and Real Estate transactions
• Expertise in Commercial Real Estate
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Bengaluru
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Experience with real estate software and tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
