We are looking for a highly motivatedSales Managerwith proven experience inautomotive domain sales , particularly inembedded software servicesandproduct engineering . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of embedded software and product engineering services in theautomotive domain(e.g., ADAS, Infotainment, Telematics, Connectivity, AUTOSAR).Identify and engage with target clients, includingTier-1 suppliers, OEMs, and technology partners .Generate new business through lead generation, networking, events, and referrals.Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting and presentations to proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.Collaborate with technical teams to tailor offerings and prepare client-specific solutions and proposals.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competition, and emerging technologies in the automotive space.Build strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth and client satisfaction.Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to leadership.Key RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business.7+ years of experiencein sales / business development, with at least3+ years in the automotive embedded / software domain .Solid understanding ofautomotive technologies and trends(such as IVI, ADAS, Vehicle Connectivity, AUTOSAR).Proven ability to close large deals and meet aggressive revenue targets.Strong network within the automotive ecosystem – especially Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.Willingness to travel as required.
