Driving sales for Online Channel through Web Aggregator, Broker & other unconventional source.Managing Existing relationships & new acquisition of Online Partners in Web Aggregator, Insurance Brokers, and Corporate Agents etc. for online sales and facilitating their implementation.Building up Sales through partners and nurturing relationship from long term perspective.Exploring new distribution avenues via websites.Facilitating end-to-end tie-ups with the intermediaries in accordance with the legal, marketing, technical, business process re-engineering and operational aspectsFinalizing the business proposals with the intermediaries and closely monitoring the performance and challengesRequired Candidate profile
- The person will be responsible for managing outbound call center, driving their SLA's, achieving process metrics, floor management, providing quality service and achieving overall targets.
- Should be from life insurance background and with prior knowledge of online assistance model
- Person will be responsible for customer service MIS's including outbound reports, data analysis, adhoc data, projections, billings & provisions.
- Adherence to pre defined TAT & maintaining desired quality standards to ensure the agreed targets are met
- Ensure to meet the agreed performance level as per the objective setting form
