Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales across B2B and B2C segments, with a strong focus on design, furniture, and interiors markets.
  • Identify new opportunities and nurture client relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that go beyond routine targets.
  • Collaborate with design and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Represent Leidenschaft Studio at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Track sales performance, share insights, and recommend improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in design, furniture, or interiors industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
  • A dynamic personality with the ability to think on their feet.
  • Hands-on attitude, someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but makes things happen.
  • An eye for aesthetics and passion for design is a strong plus.
