Job Description :
Call leads from CRM, understand their upskilling needs, and pitch suitable courses.
Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team / organizational goals.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
Leverage references from existing customers to increase the pipeline.
Maintain all customer interactions in CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Manage pre-sales to post-sales support for assigned leads.
Follow up on leads and research potential prospects.
Understand customer requirements in assigned geography and provide product feedback for improvements.
