Key Responsibilities :
- Lead & Manage : Guide and manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- B2C Sales Ownership : Drive B2C customer acquisition through outbound channels.
- Target Driven : Ensure daily / weekly / monthly KPIs are met or exceeded with a performance-focused mindset.
- Pipeline Management : Track leads through the CRM, monitor conversions, and strategize improvements.
- Sales Training & Development : Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and pitch refinement.
- Performance Reporting : Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on sales team productivity and achievements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts.

Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales (B2C preferred), with at least 3 year in a team lead / managerial role.Proven ability to meet high sales targets under pressure.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.Highly adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a startup culture.Willing to work from our HSR Layout, Bangalore office.What We Offer :
