We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to support the end-to-end hiring process.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms.
- Engage with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).0–1 year of experience in recruitment / HR internship experience is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and time-management skills.Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of ATS is a plus.Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.Show more
