Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules of senior executives.
Organize and coordinate internal / external meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain
action trackers.
Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Communication & Coordination
Act as the bridge between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely follow-ups, clear communication, and effective coordination across
functions.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Travel & Event Management
Plan and manage domestic and international travel logistics, including ticketing,
visas, accommodation, and itineraries.
Support in organizing events, conferences, and leadership engagements.
Operational & Project Support
Monitor and follow up on strategic tasks and deadlines for the leadership team.
Prepare and maintain executive-level MIS reports and dashboards.
Provide administrative and operational support to enhance productivity.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education : Any Graduate
Experience : 4–6 years as an Executive Assistant / Secretary supporting senior
leadership.
Skills Required :
1. Excellent communication and presentation skills
2. Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
3. Common sense, dynamic personality, and problem-solving approach
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
5. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Calendar & Task Management : 95% on-time schedule and task coordination.

Operational Efficiency : Timely closure of executive tasks and support in project
