Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Application Support + Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in modern web and mobile application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both supporting existing applications and contributing to new feature development across platforms including React.js, Go, .NET, and Native Mobile Apps (iOS / Android). The role requires availability during US Pacific Time (PST) working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve application-level issues, bugs, and user-reported problems
- Manage L2 / L3 support tickets and perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to resolve incidents and deploy hotfixes or patches
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and runbooks for support processes
- Work with monitoring tools and logs (e.g., Azure Monitor, Datadog, ELK, Sentry) to proactively identify system errors or performance issues
Software Engineering
Develop and enhance front-end components using React.js and modern JavaScript / TypeScript frameworksWrite and maintain backend services using Go, .NET (C#), or Node.js as applicableDevelop, maintain, and troubleshoot native mobile applications (iOS / Android) if requiredParticipate in code reviews, technical planning, and agile ceremoniesContribute to CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud-based deployments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a full-stack development or support engineering roleProficiency in React.js (Hooks, Redux, TypeScript)Experience with Go or .NET Core backend developmentHands-on experience with native mobile app development (Swift, Kotlin, React Native is a plus)Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and WebSocketsFamiliarity with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, etc.)Experience working with Git and collaborative tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)Ability to triage and resolve application issues quickly and efficientlyComfortable working in US Pacific Time Zone (remote)Preferred Skills
