Job Summary :
As an Application Support Engineer , you will serve as a critical resource in ensuring the smooth operation of business systems. You will take on the role of a 'software detective,' troubleshooting and resolving issues across various system components, especially in the domain of Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Your day-to-day activities will involve identifying, analyzing, and resolving software-related issues to maintain seamless business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Independently Manage Tasks : Perform duties with minimal supervision, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field.
- Active Team Participation : Contribute actively to team discussions and collaborate to find solutions to work-related problems.
- Proactive Issue Resolution : Identify and address software-related issues before they impact operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to resolve system challenges efficiently.
- Software Solutions Implementation : Develop and deploy software enhancements aimed at optimizing system performance.
- System Audits : Conduct regular audits of systems to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal functioning.
- End-User Support : Provide technical support and guidance to users experiencing software-related issues.
Professional & Technical Skills :
Must-Have Skills :Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.Strong understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS).Experience with troubleshooting and debugging software applications .Knowledge of the ITIL framework for service management.Hands-on experience with incident management tools and issue tracking.Additional Information :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) .Work Environment : This is an in-office position based in Hyderabad . Work from office is mandatory on all working days.Education : A 15-year full-time education is required.Skills Required
