About The Role

Join Thermo Fisher Scientific's Center of Excellence in Hyderabad and play a vital role in advancing digital laboratory operations. In the PSG IT CoE team, this position plays a key role in preserving the integrity of crucial lab systems, ensuring operational excellence and compliance across our manufacturing network.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for lab applications, resolving incidents and ensuring system reliability.
• Lead configuration updates, minor improvements, and system integrations in collaboration with global IT and vendor teams.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement balanced solutions that improve performance.
• Support upgrades, patching, and validation activities in alignment with GxP requirements.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation, training guides, and standard procedures.
• Strengthen user adoption through training and consistent communication.
• Ensure all support processes uphold data integrity and regulatory compliance.
