Customer Service Executive – Voice Process (BPO)
Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive for our Voice Process hiring in across Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires a proactive approach to customer inquiries and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound / outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs, identify issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow communication scripts, company policies, and compliance guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Meet daily / weekly targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product / service information and assist customers with troubleshooting.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma / Graduate in any stream.Experience :0–6 years in customer service / BPO voice process (freshers welcome).Communication Skills :Excellent verbal communication in English (and additional languages as needed).Clear pronunciation and active listening skills.Technical Skills :Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.Soft Skills :Problem solving, patience, empathy, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.Work Conditions
Shift : Rotational shifts (including night shifts depending on process).Work Mode : On-site ( Office )Location : Mumbai, Thane, Navi MumbaiSalary : Based on experience + incentives.Preferred Attributes
