We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Executive to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and support issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions.
- Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards.
Requirements :
2 months to 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role.Excellent verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.Willingness to work in the Night shift.Positive attitude and customer-first approach.Mandatory Key Skills - Cold calling,Lead generation,sales Development,Outbound Marketing,CRM,Customer Service.Skills Required
