Role Purpose
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Ops & Automation Specialist to own the backend of our marketing systems. You will ensure our campaigns, funnels, automations, and reporting run smoothly, reliably and without CEO firefighting and will also own and handle the internal automation and technical aspect of the company for all the departments.
Key Responsibilities
Automations & Integrations (Core)
- Build & maintain automations using Pabbly, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, GHL / Synamate, Double Tick
- Ensure seamless flow of leads from ads - Landing pages -CRM -WhatsApp / email
- Create internal automations of HR / Finance / Sales to reduce manual work.
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end marketing and operational automation workflows across departments (Sales, HR, Finance, etc.), ensuring seamless data integration, process optimization, and minimal manual intervention.
- Act as the sole owner of all automation systems and technical infrastructure , proactively identifying inefficiencies, deploying scalable solutions, and driving continuous improvement—without requiring external follow-ups or micromanagement
CRM & Tech Systems
Own installation, setup, and troubleshooting of marketing CRMs.Support IT-style issues : domain setups, tracking pixels, email warmups, webhook fixes.Maintain clean data piplelines (Hyros attribution, event tags, scoring)Ad Ops Support (Secondary)
Upload creatives, manage UTMs, test and copy variationsMaintain report dashboards (CPL, CPA, RAOS) for leadershipMonitoring & Troubleshooting
Proactively monitor automations / dashboards for breaksFix error within 24 hoursMaintain uptime log and issue trackerDocumentation & Playbooks
Create Sops for every workflow built (so future team can run it without you)Maintain a 'Marketing OPS Wiki' with system maps, logins, escalation workflow.Skill & Experience
4 years plus in Marketing Operations / MarTech / Funnel AutomationStrong hands-on skills with Zapier / Pabbly, CRMs. attribution toolsFamiliarity with ad platforms (Meta, Google) & UTM trackingComfort with troubleshooting IT basics (domains, email integrations, webhooks)Experience in fast paced growth environments (Startup / edtech preferred)Skills Required
