We’re looking for a performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead our paid media and marketing automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running high-performing paid campaigns, managing ABM programs, and leveraging HubSpot automation, including dashboards and reporting to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and manage HubSpot marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
- Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns using prospect intelligence and intent data.
- Manage and optimize email marketing strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to maximize ROI.
- Build dashboards and reports in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and relevant tools for performance analysis.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation across campaigns.
- Conduct A / B testing on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, automation advancements, and industry best practices.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.4–5 years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing with proven expertise in paid advertising and HubSpot automation.Strong knowledge of ABM strategy, audience segmentation, and multichannel campaign execution.Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub – workflows, automation, lead scoring, and reporting.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign optimization.Strong email marketing experience, including automation, personalization, and deliverability best practices.Excellent analytical, reporting, and project management skills.Tools & Platforms :
