Freelance Marketing Automation Specialist (End-to-End)
Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Marketing Automation Specialist who can plan, set up, and optimize full end-to-end automation flows across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and CRM. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive lead nurturing, customer retention, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Setup
- Design and implement automation journeys for lead generation, nurturing, onboarding, retention, upsell, and win-back campaigns.
- Map customer journeys and create personalized touchpoints based on behavior, segments, and lifecycle stage.
- Integrate automation with CRM, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools.
- Execution
- Build and manage workflows across platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Zoho, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Aisysi, or similar).
- Create triggers, segmentation, and dynamic personalization for targeted messaging.
- Automate recurring marketing tasks (welcome flows, cart recovery, subscription reminders, feedback loops, NPS, etc.).
- Content & Campaign Management
- Coordinate with design / copy teams to ensure templates and messaging are brand-aligned.
- A / B test subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and timing to improve conversions.
- Optimize deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates.
- Analytics & Optimization
- Track campaign performance (open, click, conversion, churn, retention).
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Set up dashboards and reports for leadership.
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing automation (end-to-end) — strategy + execution.Strong knowledge of automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, Mailchimp, WhatsApp API, SMS gateways).Understanding of CRM, funnels, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle marketing.Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actions.Ability to work independently and deliver projects on tight timelines.Skills Required
