Sales plan achievement
- Achieving the sales plan of the territory weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Creating and maintaining ambience in the stores to improve customer experience.
- Attending to customers on product complaints.
- Taking feedback on customer requirement with respect to new products.
Stock Management & Product Mix
Stock Management (Availability, Ageing and Damage).Ensuring that the correct product mix is being displayed and promoted through all channels.Distribution plan and Market share
Ensuring Width of distribution as per plan & Depth of distribution for planned market share.Nurturing of distributors / dealers.Ensuring day-to-day smooth running of channel operations particularly on deliveries as per promise & other dealer-related issues.Implementing company policies for planned market share.Demand Generation through effective BTL (Below the Line)
Imparting on-the-job training to improve product knowledge and selling skills of channel sales team.Suggesting and implementing BTL promotions for maximizing brand awareness and visibility.Key Result Areas :
