Regional Sales Manager PURPOSE :
This position is to develop and lead the sales force to achieve the companys sales objectives by executing sales and marketing activities tailed to the India and Experience :
- A minimum of 8+ years of demonstrated success in sales and marketing with a track record of increasing responsibilities. IT cabling industry experience a plus.
- Strong contact network across the Data center market; with track record of enterprise sales in IT cabling / infrastructure industry is a plus.
- Previous demonstrable experience in the Data center vertical sales management role
- Working knowledge of low voltage Commercial and Industrial Building cabling infrastructure including Data centers and related TIA and ISO industry standards
- Graduation in Business Management / International Marketing or related field or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills. Ability to establish and communicate plans and priorities and to organize and manage resources to achieve goals.
- Strong presentation skills
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to conduct business fluently in English language
- Ability to travel up to 50%; ability to work outside of normal business hours
- Ability to manage multiple separate administrative FUNCTIONS :
- Develop, support and coach the sales network in India. To achieve the sales target.
- Maintain good relationship with distributors, CI, resellers, and other customers, and support them on various issues.
- Develop good relations with Design Institutes and other consultants.
- Channel management; Following up large and important projects and develop more business chances.
- Responsible for sales administration like sales calls and project forecast; Keep sales activity records updated and fulfill assigned reporting requirements
- Implement sales and marketing programs including but not limited to product training, tradeshows, seminars.
- Supervise customer service / sales support to achieve organizational goals. Monitor the stock situation in the territory, and guarantee the on-time delivery
