Job Responsibilities :
- Achieve assigned sales targets for genomics products and services in the territories of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
- Leverage experience in genomics , specifically in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) , oligonucleotides , probes , and sequencing technologies to drive business growth.
- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks to maximize sales reach and customer engagement.
- Formulate and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to the assigned territory.
- Collect and analyze customer and market feedback , providing actionable reports to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Analyze sales data and prepare periodic sales forecasts and performance reports for zonal heads.
- Travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time ) to meet potential and existing customers, conduct product presentations, and increase brand awareness.
- Use a mix of outbound calls, email communication , and face-to-face meetings to develop leads and close sales.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
