Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Area Sales Manager, located in Chennai. The Solar Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the designated area, building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing product knowledge training to customers and managing the sales team to ensure outstanding performance and growth.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships
• Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate the sales team
• Analytical skills for identifying market trends and business opportunities
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently
• Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics
• Willingness to travel within the designated area
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
