It’s your chance to :
- Work within our Customer Support and Product Engineering Groups to provide world-class engineering support at a product component level.
- Perform complex product debugging and remediation when needed, working alongside the CSS / PG to drive Support ticket and incident resolution for configuration, code, or other service deficiencies impacting customers.
- Identifying emerging trends or re-occurring escalation scenarios and drive engineering opportunities to mitigate and / or eliminate from the workflow. This can include a range of potential coding categories, such as self-healing mechanisms, transparency, and automation, which increase the capabilities of our Support teams and customers to mitigate issues or proactively prevent issues from occurring.
Skills and Qualifications
BSc / BE in Computer Science or Engineering or 5 years equivalent industry experienceExperience in Customer Reported Incident Management (CRI), Customer Handling, Problem Management, Customer Reported Issue Debugging SkillsExperience with PowerShell (Intermediate level)Ability to partner within virtual teams towards executing on multiple technical initiatives simultaneously.English language and overall communication skills that facilitate being able to present complex technical issues to a general audience are important.Interested candidates can share your resume to Madhusmita.Mohapatra2@ltimindtree.com with below details.
