AS400 Production Support Engineer

What You Will Do :

• Provide end-to-end production support for AS400 applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents ensuring minimal downtime.
• Investigate root causes, apply permanent fixes, and document resolutions.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, and vendors for quick issue resolution.
• Participate in on-call / rotational support shifts covering evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Support change deployments, patches, and upgrades while maintaining stability.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for production stability.
