Job descriptionMinimum 10 years of experience working with SAP ERP systems, with a strong focus on ECC. Proven expertise in ECC modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, and Production Planning. Expert in no less than two modules (SD, MM, WM, PP, QM, CS, FI, CO) Solid understanding of SAP ABAP, SAP Business Workflow and Biztalk Experience with project management methodologies and SAP implementation best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven leadership and collaboration skills. Understanding of manufacturing industry Exceptional communicator at all employee levels including senior executives. Strong proponent of ESAB's values and behaviors and EBX principles. Drives continuous improvement. Effective at building relationships and trust. SAP Production Support Architect :
SAP Production Support Architect will be deeply familiar with the ECC 6.0 version and be conversant with process flows and the translation of business needs into blueprints. In this pivotal role, you will become a production support expert and a bridge between business needs and technological solutions. You will manage the day-to-day operation of activities supporting the SAP ECC system and gatekeeper of the system.
What you will do
- Meet daily with the production support team (SAP and Biztalk) to track incidents and service requests.
- Report weekly to the IT Director on incidents and service requests.
- Actively participate in the resolution of P1 and P2 incidents.
- Track and follow up effort estimates for enhancements and ideas.
- Evaluate and validate FRICEs before execution.
- Perform SOX activities by completing internal controls and audit requests.
- Enforce the SAP change control process.
- Provide functional guidance to on-going initiatives like oMII : Incident and support follow up with RTS (subcontractor) and Hanover. oHanover Kaizen : RF solution for raw materials goods receipt.
