SRS Business Solutions India is looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager / Pre-Sales Manager to join our team. If you have 7+ years of client-facing experience in the software industry, particularly with enterprise customers, and are currently serving a notice period, we encourage you to apply. Required Experience
- Engineering Background : Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in a Sales and Marketing program.
- Client-Facing Role : 5+ years of experience in the software industry in a client-facing role, as part of a team managing and delivering solutions.
- Enterprise Customers : Proven experience in supporting enterprise customers.
- Adaptability : Flexibility to operate effectively in an environment of changing priorities.
- Global Collaboration : Ability and willingness to overlap with different time zones like US, EU, and APAC to support global clients.
Preferred Qualifications
Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting : Experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or similar customer-facing technical role, preferably within the Business Intelligence or Data Analytics domain .Application Development / Product Engineering : Experience working on projects related to Application Development and Product Engineering, including solution design, implementation, and deployment.Solution Architecture : Experience in designing functional / technical architecture for complex solutions across multiple functional areas.Client & Stakeholder Engagement : Strong experience in client engagement and interfacing with executive stakeholders.Software & Cloud Services Sales : Experience in software services sales and cloud services.North American Clients : Experience in servicing clients in North America.Relationship Building : Excellent relationship-building skills.Team Management : Experience in managing a sales / business development team.Note : We are specifically looking for candidates who are currently serving a notice period of immediate to 30 days .
