Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a Sales Development Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Specialists spread across Asia. The Sales Development teams are responsible for generating new business for LinkedIn by developing and qualifying revenue opportunities. You will be a frontline manager of Sales Development Representatives focused on building the APAC corporate sales pipeline and achieving individual, team and regional quotas.
This role will be managing Outbound SDRs for LinkedIn Talent Solutions (Talent + Learning) and focus will be to execute Outbound SD strategy for new segment & growth region. You will partner closely with APAC sales leaders to deliver successful SD impact for Acquisition business. Finally, as a leader within Sales Development, you will collaborate with Acquisition Ops, SD Enablement, TA to develop a robust sales development strategy and drive key initiatives to achieve Sales objectives.
You will be expected to take intelligent risks while driving initiatives to meet common organizational goals. The Sales Development Managers are expected to drive peer collaboration while having a healthy competitive attitude amongst them. We are growing fast and there is a lot to do around here! We expect our employees to have an impact outside of the core sales function by demonstrating leadership, providing leverage and producing results that will help us scale effectively.
