Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Executive - Electrical Engineer at Swastish Enterprises Limited located in Nashik, with some work from home flexibility. The role involves tasks such as New Business Development, Lead Generation, Business Communication, and Account Management.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have completed BE Electrical / Electronics.
• The candidate should have sufficient knowledge of Electrical Switchgears, Automation and relays.
• The candidate should have minimum experience of 15-20 years in business development, sales and marketing.
• The candidate should have complete knowledge of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) industry and should be updated about latest developments in the BESS industry.
• The candidate shall be responsible for new business development, giving presentation, technical feasibility study, submission of budgetary offer and maintaining communication with customer for receipt of order.
• Team Management, leadership, accountability, cash flow management shall be integral functions of the candidate.

• Experience in the electrical engineering industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
