Role Overview

The Vice President Business Development is responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base across Banquets, Retail, and Hotel sectors. This leadership role involves strategizing and executing business development plans, building and nurturing key relationships, and leading sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets in Mumbais competitive hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to capture new market opportunities in Banquets, Retail, and Hotels.
• Lead and mentor the sales and business development teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Identify potential partnerships, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to boost brand visibility.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and business forecasts for senior leadership.
