Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, implement, and achieve business targets and profitability goals for the branch
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the branch, including administration, customer service, sales, and compliance
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch with a focus on productivity and service excellence
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective relationship management and service delivery
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations
- Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff to achieve individual and team performance targets
- Prepare and review performance reports to track branch progress and identify improvement areas
- Coordinate with senior management to align branch strategies with overall organizational goals
