Job Description
Ensure that the incumbent for the position maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. The person has to work on team development, talent acquisition and retention, HRIS, compensation and benefits, organizational development, employee relation and engagement programs etc.
Principal Responsibilities
- Co-ordination for the Recruitment procedure
- Co-ordination for Joining formalities
- Managing employee database, leave and attendance management etc.
- Co-ordination for performance management and improvement systems, administering the probationary review time period
- Co-ordination for employee engagement programs
- Co-ordination for knowledge updation activities
- Administer HR policies and procedures, compensation and benefits
- Conduct exit interviews
- Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales
- Create and maintain reports in Excel that allows the firm to get the information on a quarter, half-yearly or annual basis
- Monitor implementation of MIS processes and evaluate their effectiveness
- Ad Hoc data collection
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- 100% reply to all mail communication
- Escalate the problems or any kind of concern immediately to the respective senior Execute jobs assigned to perfection
- Works under direct supervision of HR manager
- Bring all deliverables to model file stage for review, and facilitate upload of all final deliverables
- Ensure consistency in deliverables and meet the objectives of quality initiatives
- Is responsible for one’s own growth and development by seeking support from the manager (whenever needed)
- Maintain cordial relationships with team members, other staff, clients and partners
- Take initiatives to value-add to the firm and participate actively in various other activities apart from the day-to-day job responsibilities
