About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, monitoring employee performance, and building strong internship partnerships with colleges. This role also involves campus visits, onboarding, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end hiring process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Develop effective hiring strategies to build strong teams across functions.
- Maintain and update the candidate database for current and future requirements.
Internship & Campus Collaboration
Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and universities.Conduct campus drives, seminars, and career talks to attract student talent.Coordinate internship programs, from selection to conversion into full-time roles.Employee Performance & Engagement
Monitor and track employee performance and provide reports to management.Assist in developing performance review systems and employee feedback mechanisms.Organize employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work culture.HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Support payroll and compliance activities in coordination with the finance team.Ensure adherence to company policies, HR standards, and legal regulations.General HR Support
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.Coordinate training and development programs.Assist management in strategic HR initiatives as required.Requirements :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of proven experience in HR recruitment & operations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to visit colleges and represent the company in external forums.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer :
