💻 Role : HR & Contracts Executive (0–1 Yr Experience)

📍 Location : Bangalore - M G Road (WFO)

🕒 Notice period : Immediate joiners preferred

🎓 Education : Graduation - B.Com / BBA / LLB / PGDMS (MBA HR or Certification in HR / Contracts / Corporate Law preferred)

Join our dynamic team to support end-to-end HR operations and contract management with a strong focus on compliance, documentation, and legal accuracy.

🔹 Key Responsibilities :

Manage HR processes : onboarding, exits, records, audits
Ensure labor law & policy compliance
Draft / review contracts (NDAs, SOWs, vendor / client agreements)
Track contract timelines, risks, and obligations
Coordinate with legal, finance & business teams
Drive employee engagement & HR reporting

🔹 What We’re Looking For :

Exceptional written & verbal communication skills (mandatory)

Strong understanding of compliance, contracts, and HR policies

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

Proficient in MS Office; exposure to HRIS / contract tools preferred
