About the Role :
We are hiring an HR Executive to manage recruitment, compliance, payroll,
employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent pipeline.
- Conduct onboarding, induction and engagement activities.
- Drive performance management and appraisal processes.
- Implement training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.
- Process payroll, manage attendance and benefits.
- Handle grievances and support employee retention initiatives.
- Maintain HR dashboards and generate MIS reports.
Requirements
Requirements :
2–4 years of HR experience.Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance and payroll.Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Requirements
Requirements : 2–4 years of experience in logistics sales / business development. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
