We are looking for Executive - HR based in Bangalore (Mylapura).
Role Purpose
To act as the HR partner at the site level, ensuring smooth execution of HR policies, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and workforce management while aligning with corporate HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Recruitment & Onboarding (Major Blue Collar)
- Manage hiring of site-level manpower (staff, operators, contract workers).
- Conduct joining formalities, induction, and orientation.
1. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and welfare activities.Ensure a positive work environment and address employee concerns.1. Performance & Training
Support performance appraisal process at site.Identify training needs, coordinate skill-building, and maintain training records.1. Statutory Compliance & IR
Ensure compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, ESIC, PF, Gratuity, etc.).Manage union / contractor relations and handle disciplinary issues.Coordinate audits and inspections by statutory authorities.1. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain site-level HR MIS, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.Manage contract labor compliance and liaise with contractors.Ensure safety, health, and welfare facilities at the workplace.1. Communication & Coordination
Act as a bridge between site employees and corporate HR.Implement company-wide HR initiatives at site level.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of labor laws & complianceGood communication & conflict resolution skillsAbility to handle shop-floor / plant dynamicsEmployee engagement & grievance handlingAnalytical ability to manage HR MIS & repoExperience - 3 to 5 years
