Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Recruiter with around 1 year of experience in recruitment who can manage the end-to-end hiring process as well as play a key role in onboarding and background verification (BGV) activities and HR Ops Related activities . This role requires someone who can balance candidate experience with organizational needs, ensuring smooth hiring and integration of new employees into the company.
Mandatory Skills
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, and offer management)- In IT and Non-IT hirings (Specifically- Engineering, Mechanical, IT)
- Basic knowledge of ATS / recruitment tracking systems- preferably Workday.
- Experience coordinating onboarding formalities (documentation, induction, joining process)
- Familiarity with BGV processes and vendor coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
