Job Title : Windows L3 Support Engineer

Reports To : IT Manager / Infrastructure Head

Experience Required : 8+ years in Windows System Administration with L3-level responsibilities

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows L3 Support Engineer with in-depth expertise in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory (AD), Internet Information Services (IIS), Plesk Control Panel, and Microsoft SQL Server.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling complex infrastructure escalations, troubleshooting critical issues, and ensuring optimal system stability and availability.

Key Responsibilities :

Windows Server & Infrastructure :

• Manage and maintain Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022 environments.
• Perform server performance tuning and patch management.
• Ensure OS-level security compliance and configuration.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Configure and manage Windows clustering.
• Administer SQL database mirroring, replication, and clustering.
