- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows / Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Monitor LAN / WAN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting.
- Assist in managing Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
- Support email configurations (Office 365, Exchange, or G-Suite).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Assist with password resets, account lockouts, and user access management.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
