Job Description :
- Window Regulator Design : Knowledge of window regulator design, development, and testing
- Software Skills : Proficiency in CATIA, AutoCAD, and MS Office (CAE knowledge is an advantage)
- Product Cost Optimization : Focus on VA / VE and product cost optimization for new products
- Customer Interaction : Experience in direct customer interaction and meeting with customers
- IATF 16949 Compliance : Understanding of IATF 16949 system requirements and compliance
- APQP Tools & Methodologies : Knowledge of APQP tools, DFA (Design for Assembly), DFM (Design for Manufacturing), Kaizen, and VA / VE activities
