About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Windows Engineer (L3 level) with 79 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, web hosting, mail systems, and database environments. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, the ability to manage complex environments, and the capability to lead escalations, mentor juniors, and ensure seamless infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Web Hosting & Web Server Administration :

• Advanced configuration and management of IIS, Apache, Nginx, Plesk, and cPanel
• Fixing critical security vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, host-header injection, weak encryption)
• End-to-end management of SSL, caching, extensions, and performance tuning
• Migration, upgrade, DR planning, and optimization of websites and apps
• High-availability configuration including load balancing and backup / restore
