Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition and management plans
• Lead and manage the talent acquisition team
• Oversee the entire recruitment process
• Collaborate with department managers to understand role requirements and objectives
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interview techniques
• Evaluate and improve talent acquisition and management processes
• Maintain an updated knowledge of the insurance industry and job market
• Ensure compliance with the company's policies and legal regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management' should have :

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum5 years of HR Talent Management and HR Talent Acquisition experience in a team management role
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience
• Experience in a B2C HR environment is a plus
• Proficient understanding of full-cycle recruitment
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A deep understanding of the insurance industry
• Ability to devise and implement strategic plans
