We Are Hiring – Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

Global Talent Acquisition Strategy

Support the Corporate Head HR in building and executing globalhiring strategies across the globe

Collaborate with regionalHRBPs and businessleaders to forecasttalent needs and align hiring plans

Corporate Office & Mid-Senior Hiring

Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate functionsincluding Finance, Legal,Strategy, HR, IT, etc.

Partner with the Leadership team and seniorstakeholders for niche and leadership mandates

HRIS & Recruitment Analytics

Manage recruitment modulesin HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors / Darwinbox)

Build and maintaindashboards and MIS reports for leadership reviews

Track key metrics : TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, diversity hiring, etc.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Drive EVP initiatives in collaboration with the marketingteam

Manage social media hiring campaigns and online branding

Ensure a seamlesscandidate experience from application to onboarding

Process Excellence & Compliance

Standardize hiring processesacross geographies

Ensure adherence to global compliance, data privacy, and audit norms

Conduct periodic processaudits and implementcorrective actions

Qualifications & Skills

MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed institute

8+ years of experience in TA, with exposure to global setups and niche manufacturing position hiring

Strong command over HRIS tools,Excel, Power BI, and ATS platforms

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging industryis a plus.
