We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to guide our Talent Acquisition efforts. In this role, you'll oversee a team of recruiters, drive strategic hiring initiatives, and ensure we attract and hire top-tier talent aligned with our company's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists to meet hiring targets and quality metrics.

Partner with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs and define workforce planning.

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines across multiple functions.

Monitor recruitment analytics, track KPIs, and deliver regular hiring reports to leadership.

Ensure a seamless, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.

Promote employer branding initiatives and support campus hiring strategies.

Stay updated on hiring trends, labor laws, and diversity hiring practices.
