Job descriptionSource and recruit top talent for construction management positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences for each position, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress updates. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role. 5-10 years of experience in construction management or related field (hiring / recruitment). Strong understanding of construction industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Excellent sourcing skills using various methods like job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals etc.
