Sales and Strategy : Meet or exceed sales objectives at the enterprise level by leading the execution of our overall go-to-market strategy. This involves business growth accountability, customer and partner engagement, and demand generation plans.
Business Development : Proactively qualify leads, perform needs assessments, and identify new avenues for revenue generation and alliance opportunities. You will also plan and implement our channel partner strategy for products and services.
Relationship Management : Establish and nurture senior-level relationships built on trust, develop client champions, and become the client's day-to-day strategic advisor. You'll ensure customer satisfaction and guarantee retention by proactively supporting clients and increasing engagement levels.
Customer Advocacy : Drive the adoption and usage of new products and features across multiple business units. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, professional services, product dev, training, and support) to create a unified account team that supports the customer through contract renewal and surfaces new growth opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis : Provide accurate forecasts and report on weekly / monthly performance. You'll work strategically with management to identify trending opportunities / challenges and provide recommended Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : A minimum of 3 years of SaaS product sales or IT services field sales experience is mandatory. A proven track record of selling SaaS-based or cloud-based software solutions to enterprise-level customers in the Airport / Airline industry is strongly preferred.
Communication and Business Acumen : Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with consultative and professional business acumen. You should also have the ability to create client presentations, proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews.
Personal Attributes : Must have a "do-anything" attitude for delighting the customer. You should be highly data-driven, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated, with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Mobility : Ready to travel across India and outside of India as required for business.
Work Environment : The ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with strong time management and planning skills
