This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Manager located in the Greater Chennai Area.

The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for executing sales presentations, managing client accounts, generating leads, conducting sales operations, and driving overall sales activities.

Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue greenfield opportunities in target enterprise accounts.
  • Drive C-level conversations to position our solutions.
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound efforts.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and solution teams for tailored pitches.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with ease.
  • Manage a portfolio generating at least $500K+ USD in annual Were Looking For :
  • 5 years in enterprise B2B sales, preferably SaaS or IT solution sales, ERP / CRM products selling will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record in net new client acquisition.
  • Experience with long sales cycles and large ACV deals.
  • Strong understanding of consultative / solution selling.
  • Hunter mindset : proactive, persistent, and self-motivated.
