Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Zonal Human Resources Professional. The Zonal HR Professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, employee onboarding and orientation, HR policy implementation, and employee engagement activities.

The role also includes handling employee grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, conducting performance appraisals, and facilitating training and development programs. The Zonal HR Professional will work closely with the management to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
