Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head - HR to lead and manage the HR function at our Hyderabad location. This role will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving people initiatives, and creating a performance-driven and employee-friendly work culture within the branch.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee all HR operations for the Hyderabad branch.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies for Sales, E-commerce, and BPO roles.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, induction, training, performance reviews, and exits.
  • Build strong employee engagement programs and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with functional heads to identify HR needs and align initiatives accordingly.
  • Drive retention strategies and manage attrition effectively.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and HR MIS reporting for the branch.
  • Implement learning and development programs to enhance workforce capability.
  • Liaise with corporate HR for aligning branch-level practices with organizational goals.

Candidate Requirements :

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 7-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Sales, E-commerce, or BPO domains.
  • Minimum 3-4 years in a senior or branch-level HR leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR operations, and HR technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional coordination.
  • Reporting to : Regional HR Head

    Working Days : 5 Days a Week (may vary as per business needs)
