Key HR Partnership
- Partner with K-9 and K-12 business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR strategies.
- Guide workforce planning and organizational design to meet business objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive talent and business outcomes.
Talent Management
Support recruitment strategies specific to educational product teams, content creators, and academic support roles.Drive performance management processes and talent reviews to ensure high performance and development.Partner with L&D to support educator-focused training, upskilling, and leadership development programs.Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters.Promote a culture of continuous feedback, recognition, and accountability.Develop and implement engagement strategies tailored to teams supporting K-9 and K-12 segments.Change Management & Organizational Development
Support and manage organizational changes, including team restructuring and role evolution.Facilitate change communication and help leaders manage transitions in fast-paced EdTech environments.Compliance & Best Practices
Ensure compliance with employment laws and EdTech industry standards.Develop and enforce HR policies that support a safe and inclusive workplace for all Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.Experience working in education, EdTech, or mission-driven organizations is strongly preferred.Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in K-9 and K-12 education environments.Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.Comfortable using HRIS systems, data analytics tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Slack).What We Offer :
