1) Design and deliver innovative L&D programs tailored to diverse employee needs.
2) Conduct learning needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
3) Develop and implement HR policies that support learning and growth.
4) Provide business advice and insights to align learning with strategic goals.
5) Build personal capability frameworks to support career progression.
6) Manage and analyze HR data to measure learning impact and effectiveness.
7) Present training using engaging formats : role plays, simulations, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
8) Evaluate delivery modes (in-person vs. virtual) to optimize cost and impact.
9) Monitor training budgets and prepare reports to justify expenditures.
What You Bring
4+ years of experience in Learning & Development
Strong background in program design, delivery, and policy development
Proficiency in multimedia education tools
Understanding of policy and regulation in HR and training
