Summary :

• The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in debt and equity fundraising for mid to large enterprises including bank lending, NBFC lending, venture debt, institutional credit, bonds, and private equity.
• The candidate must have excellent relationships across Banks, NBFCs, DFIs (like SIDBI), and other lending institutions. Candidates with prior experience in debt restructuring, M&A;, and project finance will be preferred.
• The candidate should demonstrate deep domain knowledge, strong local market understanding, and the ability to mobilize business across SME, Mid-Market, and Large Corporate segments. Exposure to Government / PSU sectors is desirable.
• The role requires proactive business development, transaction execution from origination to closure, and a strong analytical mindset. The position demands extensive travel and a go-getter attitude focused on execution excellence.
