Vice President - Data Engineering

We are seeking a Vice President of Data Engineering to lead and drive innovative technology solutions addressing critical challenges in healthcare.

As a thought leader, you will represent the organization in the healthcare technology space, guiding strategies around data architecture, advanced analytics, AI / ML engineering , and emerging industry trends. You will spearhead business growth initiatives by developing new, innovative offerings tailored to the evolving healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade Multi-Agent platforms leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and industry standards, including CMS guidelines on the Responsible Use of AI.
• Drive the strategic vision for data pipelines, data warehousing, and data lake solutions, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure data infrastructure for analytics and AI initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership on healthcare trends, data governance, data quality, AI adoption, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Spearhead workforce transformation programs to enable seamless adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies across the organization, including upskilling in modern data engineering practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities in healthcare technology.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote the firm’s technology vision and offerings.
